I Started a New Blog!

Back in November, I decided it was finally time to take the plunge and started a self-hosted blog. It's growing slowly but steadily and I'd love it if you'd check it out! The new blog is called Sarah Ever After and I'm writing about many of the same topics I wrote about here. (In fact, I will probably move some of the posts here over there in the future.)

I'm also excited about switching over to makeup products and clothes that fit with the deep colors and cooler temperatures of fall.

Which brings me to our topic for today: How can busy moms include some fun fall updates into their look easily and without breaking the bank? I've got five simple ideas for you that I think you'll really love!

Tot School Plans for 18-24 Months

Tot School Plans 18-24 months old | seriously-lovely.blogspot.com

I remember reading about tot school even before I knew we were going to have a child. I thought it sounded like such a good idea, something I would really love to do if I ever did have children. I've been looking forward to giving it a try ever since I found out I was pregnant. And now that my son is 18 months old, the time has finally come!

Remembering the Little Things + Our Favorite Diapering Products

image via pexels
I have a pretty bad memory. I’m not sure if it’s just my personality, if it’s because I generally have my head in the clouds (or my nose in a book), or if it might even be related to my vision problems, but I just don’t remember things that other people seem to recall with ease. I try not to let that bother me too much, but as a new mom I really want to hold onto as many memories of my son as possible.

Pantone's 2016 Color of the Year

Pantone Color of the Year 2016

Did you know that every year a company called Pantone, an expert in the color industry, announces a Color of the Year? I'm always curious to see what type of shade they'll choose. The colors range pretty widely: 2013's color was the verdant Emerald, 2014's moved to the opposite side of the color wheel with the vibrant Radiant Orchid, and for 2015, Pantone chose the much more subdued Marsala.
